Butter each piece of bread on one side. When skillet is hot place a piece of bread butter side down on the skillet then add one slice of cheese and small shake of Italian seasoning or basil (add a small shake of parmesan cheese here too if desired). Top with a desired amount of pepperonis (I used about 8 -10 whole regular pepperonis per sandwich) If any other toppings are desired, add now. Add another slice of mozzarella and top with slice bread butter side up. Repeat with second sandwich. When bottom slice is golden brown then flip over carefully. Once both sides are brown remove from pan cut and serve with pizza sauce if desired. Make 2 sandwiches

Sesame Chicken Wonton Cups

Makes 48 cups. Active Time: 45 minutes. Total Time: 1 hour 40 minutes. To make ahead: Can be prepared through step 3 up to 6 hours in advance.

So cute! These look so yummy and perfect for an appetizer at a party

I like how you can make some of it ahead of time (makes it easier when down to the last few stressful moments of hosting a party)

Looks like you could probably turn it into a meal, too, if you nix the wonton cups and just serve the small chicken bites

_______________________________________________

8 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast

cooking spray

48 wonton wrappers, about 6 oz.

2 tablespoons tahini

2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari sauce

2 tablespoons maple syrup

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

½ cup thinly sliced snow peas

½ cup shredded carrot

½ cup thinly sliced scallions

2 tablespoons chopped basil and/or cilantro

black sesame seeds for garnish, optional

  1. Place chicken breast in a medium skillet and cover with cold tap water. Place over high heat and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to maintain a gentle simmer and cook until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and cooked through, 8 to 12 minutes, depending on thickness of the meat. Remove the chicken and let cool. Cut chicken into small cubes.
  2. Meanwhile, Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat two 12-cup mini-muffin tins with cooking spray. Cut corners off wonton wrappers to make an octagonal shape. Gently press wrapper down into each cup. Lightly spritz wrappers with cooking spray. Transfer the pans to the oven and bake until the wrappers are starting to turn golden brown and are crispy and bubbling, 10 to 14 minutes. Let cool completely.
  3. Whisk tahini, soy or tamari, maple syrup and mayonnaise in a medium bowl until smooth. Stir in the chicken and refrigerate until cold, 40 minutes to 1 hour.
  4. Stir snow peas, carrot, scallions and herbs into chicken mixture. Divide chicken salad among wonton cups, about 2 scant tablespoons each. Garnish with sesame seeds, if using. Serve immediately.

I was helping my little brother

Where the fuck does jack come from

That’s basically what math is like for the rest of your life.

I love how the answer is at the bottom of the page. And how is any kid suppose to know how many stickers Jack has? Does Tani and Jen give Jack their stickers? I wish I was Jack. My friends never give me stickers.

You’re all missing the point. This isn’t math. Rather it’s metaphysics, or the existence of our being. Theoretically speaking, Jack isn’t a person. Jack exists in all of us. We are Jack. Jack is all of us. Every single one of us. In each inept part of our being, our existence, Jack lives. Forgotten and ignored, yet he exists in our never ending subconscious. The question, rather, is how many stickers do we all have?

oh my god i am dying

I am Jack’s missing sticker.

JEEZE

I CAN’T EVEN BREATHE
